Potential Carrier Charges

  • Standard message and data rates may apply based on your mobile service plan. YANA Meals is not responsible for charges incurred from your wireless provider.

How to Opt Out of SMS Messages

  • Text STOP – Reply “STOP” to any message to unsubscribe from further SMS communications.
  • Email or Phone – Contact Intake@yanamedical.org or (215) 882-8619 to request removal from SMS lists.
  • Processing Time – Requests are honored within 72 hours. You may still receive pending messages generated before your request was processed.

HELP Command

  • Reply “HELP” to receive instructions on how to contact our support team or update your preferences.
  • Rejoining the SMS Program
  • If you previously opted out, you can re-enroll by updating your preferences on your account or by providing renewed consent during a future order.

Actions on Discovery

  • Any associated account or order will be canceled, and any payments will be refunded to the original method if applicable.

Teen Customers (Ages 13–17)

  • Teenagers aged 13–17 may use our services only with parental or guardian consent and under their supervision.
  • Parents/guardians remain responsible for all purchases and communications made by minors under their care.
